The construction of the Damai Residence and Azalea Residence residential clusters is part of the development of modern housing in the East Jakarta area. The project, developed by PT Graha Realty Kencana under the leadership of Mr. Hardiman, is scheduled for completion in February 2025. In this development, Solusi Bangun Beton acts as the main supplier of ready-mixed concrete with a total volume requirement of approximately 1,000 m³.
Field conditions presented challenges in the form of narrow project access and direct contact with densely populated neighborhoods.
