The development of Green Open Space (RTH) in DKI Jakarta is one of our strategic projects in supporting the realization of a greener, more comfortable, and aesthetic public space for the citizens of the capital city. Developed by the DKI Jakarta Bina Marga Agency, we are working on this project through our subsidiary, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa, in the period 2023 and 2024. The project covers a number of important locations, including RTH Putri Hijau, RTH Lebak Bulus, RTH Pondok Labu, RTH Plumpang Pasar Uler, RTH Taman Kenanga Indah, and RTH M. Saidi.
The year 2023 is a crucial period where there is a massive acceleration of development and addition of new green spaces in the DKI Jakarta area. The main challenge we face is to keep up with the speed of development progress while ensuring the aesthetic value and functionality of public spaces are maintained. We are required to come up with construction solutions that are able to blend in with the concept of urban green spaces, but still have high durability for long-term use by the wider community.
Solusi Bangun Indonesia through our subsidiary, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa, answers this challenge by becoming a material provider and applicator of DekoCrete decorative concrete. Through this solution, we not only provide strong structural elements, but also enrich the visual value of green spaces to make them more attractive to visitors. We ensure harmonization between hardscape and green landscape elements in each location, so that the public space can function optimally as a recreational area and the lungs of the city. The success of our involvement in accelerating the development of this green space confirms Solusi Bangun Indonesia's position as a reliable partner in sustainable urban development projects that combine function, aesthetics and environmentally friendly aspects.
