Cabin House Agung Podomoro Park
The Cabin House development in Agung Podomoro Park is one of our strategic projects in presenting modern residential innovations with the concept of growing houses. Developed by Agung Podomoro Land on an area of 4 hectares, the project is planned to consist of 30 housing units. Taking place from September 2025 to December 2026, this project is a milestone as the first small-scale building to become a pilot project for the use of Precision Interlock Brick in the entire Agung Podomoro Land project network.
As a pilot project, the main challenge we faced was to meet the demand for brick quantity with very strict technical specifications in accordance with the standard of the model house. We were required to rapidly increase our production capacity without compromising on the quality standards of the bricks. In addition, we had to prove that this material could provide real efficiency for a national-scale property developer like Agung Podomoro Land.
Solusi Bangun Beton responded to this challenge by acting as the main supplier of Precision Interlock Brick (BIP). As a result, currently 17 units of cabin houses have been built, proving that the construction time to 50% is faster than the construction of conventional houses with the same area. In addition to time efficiency, the use of BIP also provides more comfort for residents because the resulting indoor temperature is lower than conventional brick buildings. Thanks to the successful performance of this pilot unit, we received further trust in the form of repeat orders for construction in other clusters with a total additional demand of 670 units. This success further strengthens our position as a reliable partner in providing innovative material solutions to the property industry in Indonesia.
