Pesona Prima 8 Housing Development is one of our strategic residential projects that aims to provide commercial and subsidized housing with complete facilities on an area of 6.2 Ha. The project, developed by Kreasi Prima Land, includes the construction of 497 housing units as well as various supporting facilities such as mosques, playgrounds, sports facilities, and green open spaces. Started in January 2025 and planned to run until 2027, this project is an important record for us as housing with the highest use of interlock bricks in the West Java region.
In supporting this massive residential development, the main challenge we face is meeting the needs of a very large quantity of bricks with consistent quality specifications in accordance with the model house standards. We were required to ensure the availability of large quantities of materials to support accelerated construction without compromising the structural or aesthetic quality of the building. In addition, we had to prove the superiority of this innovative material compared to conventional building methods commonly used by the community.
Solusi Bangun Beton responds to this challenge by acting as the main supplier of interlock bricks through our Precision Interlock Brick product. We regularly increase production capacity and brick quality to ensure smooth supply to the project site. The use of Precision Interlock Bricks has proven to provide significant added value; in the first phase of construction of 40 housing units, the construction time was much faster than using conventional bricks. In addition to time efficiency, the performance of our material is able to keep indoor temperatures lower, thus providing more comfort for residents. This success has attracted great interest from customers, so we are now preparing for phase 2 construction of around 50 additional housing units using the same technology.
