Residential House in Kembangan Area
The construction of residential houses in the Kembangan area is one of the residential projects that emphasizes the concept of sustainability. In this project located on Jalan Pulau Panggang Raya, we collaborated with contractor partner Patio Livity from February to June 2025. Our main focus is to support the construction of residential houses that not only have a solid structure, but also make a positive contribution to the environment.
Homeowners and contractor partners have a special concern to use materials with good technical specifications while remaining environmentally friendly. We are required to provide concrete solutions that can significantly reduce CO2 emissions without compromising the quality of workmanship in the field. In addition, concrete with characteristics that facilitate the casting process is required to keep the work efficient.
We responded by supplying 297 m³ of LocooCrete, our latest concrete technology designed for low carbon emissions. By using LocooCrete, we managed to reduce CO2 emissions by 40% compared to the use of conventional concrete products. The good workability of the fresh concrete made it easy to work on site, providing a high durability finish. Through this project, we proved that the use of environmentally friendly concrete can be optimally applied at the scale of private residences.
