Soekarno Hatta Airport Terminal 3
The development of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, particularly the construction of Runway 3 and Terminal 3, is our strategic step in supporting the availability of world-class air infrastructure. The project aims to strengthen Indonesia's global position and facilitate economic growth through more efficient national mobility. In collaboration with PT Angkasa Pura II, we carried out the Runway 3 construction project from November 2019 to October 2020.
As a major international gateway, Terminal 3 was designed to global standards with a highly complex architectural and structural design. The main challenge we faced was to ensure that every material used was capable of sustaining the operational loads of wide-body aircraft on a continuous basis. In addition, the runway infrastructure required exceptional timeliness and consistency of quality so as not to disrupt the airport's highly congested flight schedule, while still meeting strict international aviation safety technical specifications.
Solusi Bangun Beton rose to the challenge by acting as the main supplier of high-quality aggregate materials. We supplied a total volume of 100,000 tons of aggregate to ensure the structural strength of the pavement on the Runway 3 project. With the expertise of our management team and maintained stock availability, we were able to meet the material requirements for this vast airport operational area with precision. The successful completion of this project is evident in the full operation of the runway and terminal to date, reinforcing our reputation as a reliable partner in the development of national air transportation infrastructure.
