The revitalization of the Army Headquarters Multipurpose Field is one of our strategic projects in providing functional infrastructure solutions for national defense facilities. The project, which was implemented in 2020, covers an area of 5,100 m². Our main focus is to transform the area into a reliable facility that can be used optimally to support various activities within the Army Headquarters.
The main problem we faced was the condition of the field which was often waterlogged and could not be used for a long time after heavy rain. In addition to technical constraints related to drainage, we were also faced with a very short time target, which was only 2 weeks to complete the entire field area. This condition demands very high work efficiency without compromising the quality of the final result.
Solusi Bangun Indonesia through our subsidiary, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa, answered the challenge by applying ThruCrete as a porous concrete solution for this multipurpose field facility. We conducted a very intensive coordination between Solusi Bangun Beton, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa, and the contractor so that each stage of the work runs in parallel and on time. Thanks to our logistics management and solid field team, we managed to complete the 5,100 m² ThruCrete in just 2 weeks. As a result, the field is now free from puddles and can be reused immediately even after heavy rain, in accordance with the standard needs of the Army Headquarters.
