Repair of TransJakarta Bus Lanes Corridor 1-14
Along with the increase in community activities after the revocation of PPKM, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the Bina Marga Agency continues to innovate in providing adequate transportation infrastructure. In the period April to June 2023, improvements were made to the TransJakarta bus lanes spread across 12 strategic points, starting from the HI Roundabout area, Gatot Subroto, to the Kemayoran area. In this project, Solusi Bangun Indonesia presents a pavement solution with a total volume of over 1,000 m³ to support the smooth mobilization of capital city residents.
Improvement works on Indonesia's busiest public transportation routes have major challenges in time management and congestion impact. The entire process of traffic management, demolition of the old road, concreting, and reopening of the lane had to be completed within a very limited time. A key target was to ensure that roads repaired at night were passable within 8 hours of concrete application, to avoid loss of productive time to the public due to road closures.
Solusi Bangun Beton provided an innovative solution through SpeedCrete, a rapid setting concrete that has a dry speed of up to 8 hours for this project. Through Solusi Bangun Indonesia's subsidiary, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa, which has been registered in the LKPP e-catalog, the work is supported by the latest equipment such as laser screeds and 3D profilers to ensure a precise road surface and meet work safety aspects. In addition to being technically superior and cost effective, SpeedCrete is an environmentally friendly solution as it uses Green Label certified raw materials. Its speed of application significantly helps to reduce carbon emissions that usually arise due to congestion in conventional road repairs. To date, the results of these repairs have maintained their quality.
