Lenteng Agung Flyover Project
The construction of the Lenteng Agung Flyover is one of the iconic infrastructure projects in Jakarta that we implemented through a strategic collaboration with PT Pembangunan Perumahan. The project, which took place in June 2020, is an important historical record for us because it is the first project to apply ComfillPlas technology covering 900 m² with a total volume of 7,000 m³.
The project faced complex challenges, ranging from challenging ground construction conditions to the need for efficient cost considerations. In addition to the technical aspects, this project was carried out right during the pandemic, where there were limited space for movement and very strict health protocols. The situation required us to remain productive and ensure material quality was maintained despite limited physical interaction on the ground.
Solusi Bangun Indonesia rose to the challenge by presenting an innovative duo of ComfillPlas foam mortar and DynaPump facility. To get around the limitations during the pandemic, we conducted mixing trials and online laboratory testing. The use of ComfillPlas and DynaPump packages proved to be very effective and efficient, even cutting costs by 50%. This technology provides great flexibility in the mixing process, enabling it to reach areas that were previously difficult to reach. As a result, the project went smoothly as planned and is a testament to our capability in delivering adaptive construction solutions in the midst of difficult situations.
