Revitalization of DKI Jakarta Pedestrian Path
Dinas Bina Marga DKI Jakarta
The revitalization of pedestrian paths or sidewalks in DKI Jakarta is one of our ongoing projects in supporting the creation of a more comfortable and safe public space for the citizens of the capital city. The project, developed by the DKI Jakarta Bina Marga Agency, is being carried out through our subsidiary, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa, within the period of 2016 to 2025. With a total area of 105,478 m², this project is spread across various strategic points such as Jalan Barito, Fatmawati, Lapangan Banteng, Senayan, Sisingamangaraja, and Wahid Hasyim.
As the center of national activity, Jakarta needs pedestrian pathways that are not only technically functional, but also have high aesthetic value to beautify the face of the city. Our main challenge was to carry out a very large volume of work in areas that have very dense traffic dynamics and urban activities. We had to ensure that the process of material supply and decorative concrete application continued to run smoothly without significantly disrupting the function of public spaces along the pedestrian flow.
Solusi Bangun Indonesia through our subsidiary, PT Pendawa Lestari Perkasa, answers this challenge by presenting DekoCrete. Through this colored decorative concrete solution, we add value to the aesthetics of pedestrian pathways to make them appear more attractive and in harmony with the distinctive character of each area. We manage the material supply and application process in an integrated manner to ensure durability and safety of road users remain a top priority. With the successful application of DekoCrete in various key sections, we have successfully transformed Jakarta's sidewalks into modern pedestrian-friendly public spaces. This achievement reinforces our reputation as a reliable partner in urban revitalization projects that combine function, beauty and sustainability.
