Residential House in Lippo Karawaci Area
We are involved in the construction of an iconic residential house in the Lippo Karawaci area, precisely on Jalan Palem Raya. The project, which was carried out with the contractor Patio Livity, began in September 2025 and is still ongoing to this day. Our presence in this project aims to present modern construction solutions that support sustainable lifestyles through the use of high-tech concrete materials.
In realizing this iconic residence, the contractor partners paid close attention to the use of products with low CO2 emissions that have good quality consistency. The challenge for us was to ensure that the materials used were able to reduce the environmental impact to the maximum while remaining practical in application. We had to ensure that the concrete supplied had a long-term durability that matched the standards of exclusive residences.
Solusi Bangun Beton responded to this challenge through the supply of 202 m³ of LocooCrete. The use of this product in the project was proven to reduce CO2 emissions by 40% compared to normal concrete. In addition to being environmentally friendly, LocooCrete provides added value in the form of flexibility that facilitates work in the field, thus ensuring that construction progress runs smoothly.
