Thamrin Nine
Standing on 5.7 Ha in the center of Jakarta, Thamrin Nine is a world-class integrated complex (office, retail, residential, and hotel) that holds the record as the tallest building in Indonesia. Built since 2012 by Putra Gaya Wahana with contractors Acset Indonusa and Total Bangun Persada, Solusi Bangun Beton is trusted as the sole supplier with onsite batching plant facilities.
Building a skyscraper in a dense city center comes with very limited operational access constraints. The project required a specialized product design capable of meeting high quality standards and extreme structural performance.
Solusi Bangun Beton answered the challenge with EzyfloCrete (Self Compacting Concrete), a concrete technology that has excellent flexibility while maintaining strength up to FC65. Now, Thamrin Nine stands majestically according to the original plan as a proud new icon of Jakarta.
